Jim I only knew the brilliant and perfect McAdenville (for years) until this comp came out. Now I know they can do it again and again. Love every song. Favorite track: McAdenville (Christmastown).

Down the snowy hills, we raced through pine trees carving circles in the lake. There's a promised land that we are finding. Viktor tucked it all away. Oh you belong with me especially on Christmas day. It's a wonderful life for George Bailey. Please stay. Along the promenade, these constellations, lighting their canvases ablaze. And we're just passing stars floating weightless while Clarence looks the other way. So if you're lost like me, don't leave me here on Christmas day. A little bit of kindness paves the way. Please stay. Oh you belong with me especially on Christmas day. It's a wonderful life for George Bailey. Please stay.

We hold our breath. I remember a winding road into the mountains where this city would sleep alone. And all long year, they were lighting up evergreens to flicker and fade before each passing eye. We need to go, take the car and drive. The south fork turn right. There along the lake, reflections start to climb into your blue eyes. I admit I'm a jealous soul who wants to love again but still lose a thing. Along the way I can see I can hardly take the streetlights counting down your quiet town. Tonight we'll take the car and drive. The south fork turns right. There along the lake, reflections start to climb into your blue eyes. We need to go, take the car and drive. The south fork turn right. There along the lake, reflections start to climb into your blue eyes.

All the lovers hold each other in sleepy mountain towns while moonlit snowflakes softly fall into piles on the ground And whispers in the winter wind hum love songs in your name Here I am trudging home, the bars are closed. There's no one else to blame. Christmas was the catalyst and Carolina was a curse. It didn't take too long to realize how things could get much worse. There's so much more to life than this but you and I just won't be missed. Though we hang our heads and bang our fists, the band plays on tonight. Stay with me through one last verse. You make the time I'll write the words And on this simple page, some hope remains to trace the lines back to their source. There's so much more to life than this but you and I just won't be missed. Look around, I'm through with fighting this. There's so much more to life than this but you and I just won't be missed. Though we hang our heads and bang our fists, the band plays on tonight. I'll drink myself to sleep again. On Christmas eve, I won't give in. If we hold on tight we might just win. The band plays on tonight.

Swing low, sweet evergreen fall down, decorate it thoughtfully. Golden lights cover up this tree like Christmas cards written to a beauty queen. I love you so... do you do you do ... Do you really love me too? I heard you say Santa Claus was on his way. Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Halley's comet, Richard Nixon I love you so... do you do you do ... Do you really love me too? Fly south, pack into an old Chevy. Don't say we cannot afford to leave. Sweet Caroline, I know you're waiting there for me under the sheets in a blanket of snow-covered hills, naturally I heard you say Santa Claus was on his way with treasures infinitely given, transatlantic record setting I love you so. do you do you do ... Do you really love me too?

Maybe it's just too far to travel this year but would you mind if we stayed here and worked this time? There are numbers to count, clients to court, and synergy to promote with a smile. Though we haven't seen our families in a while, Edmond is a long, long, long drive. Maybe we are just a choir singing in the night, for auld lang syne. Maybe we are the still lives wading through our years and when we do, we sing A pear tree is missing her partridge Sugar plums wait for the dance to commence Dachshunds roam Oklahoma for Mariah and Evin Hone on your Christmas Eve. I know you really wanna. I know you really wanna go. Silent is the snowfall softly on this long night Quiet are the hours alone in Oklahoma A pear tree is missing her partridge Sugar plums wait for the dance to commence Dachshunds roam Oklahoma for Mariah and Evin Hone on your Christmas Eve.

Cause you need to feel alive to give up your heart tonight. The stars are shining so bright. Let all our voices sing along with the shiver in my bones. Place your hands in mine. I want you in my life. It's like a fairytale when you are by my side. All these years flickering on every christmas tree. Do you think of me when you are all alone?

I need another chance to rebuild in the first light of the morning tearing through the cobwebs of a dream that made us disappear I want to win you back now but I see, you're an angel drifting lonely through the snow-white christmas trees You and I are swimming in a summer sunset all the leaves are floating in the lake. I waded through them. You and I were stranded there in Snowville, Utah. Honestly, I wanted it that way. I steal a second glance from your eyes. It is cold under the stars. I watch your perfect spiral crack the glass that pulls your body down. There into the darkness I will drive. All the treasures of the deep but you will escape their fate with me. You and I are swimming in a summer sunset all the leaves are floating in the lake. I waded through them. You and I were stranded there in Snowville, Utah. Honestly, I wanted it that way. Honestly, I needed it that way.

When the first snow falls on Carolina, I'll be singing carols across the sea. I'll miss the long roads, swollen acres, the pregnant fields of evergreen. The lights are low when the fire's out. Oh could I do more? I hear a church bell ringing in the darkness. Hiding from a flood of lonely years. What can I do now? I'm no holy roller. We're both gonna settle down in a mountain town for 24 or more odd years or so until we let go. Like gently fallen snow, when the morning comes, I hope ... I hope you're still here. When the first snow falls on Carolina, I'll be singing carols across the sea. I'll miss the long roads, swollen acres, the pregnant fields of evergreen. Nothing but love on Christmas Eve. in the cold of the night, we bundled up tight by starlight. We're both gonna settle down in a mountain town for 24 or more odd years or so until we let go. Like gently fallen snow, when the morning comes, I hope ... I hope you're still here. And I'm not quite sure what this year will bring. Will we lay down our heads or get up and sing? And I'm not quite sure where we're coming from. You said the anthem is a gift I'm letting go.
